SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our domestic orders are shipped using DTDC and India Speed Post depending on the connectivity of pin codes. You will receive a tracking id on email or whatsapp from us with the tracking id on demand.
Delivery Timeline: 4-6 Business days ( Depending on the location near Azamgarh )
Customized orders*: 12-15 Business days ( Depending on the customization and order received )
*All orders are handmade, please be patient while placing customise & bulk orders.
Shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout of orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
No returns or exchanges.
We can change the sizes ( only if reported on mail within 48 hours of receiving ) if it does not fit you as per the size you gave on customization ( only applicable on summer tops and sweaters with tags intact, if tags are not intact we will not issue any refunds and exchange )
After an order has been delivered to the requested shipping address mentioned, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be fully dependent on the details received by the shipping partner and will keep you updated with the same.
