At shreehandmades, we take pride in offering high-quality handmade and curated products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return only if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, or minor variations in color/texture due to handmade nature.

2. Return Request Window
You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product to raise a return request.

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Return Process
Email us at shree24@shreehandmades.com or call 9415240185 with your order ID, product photos/videos, and reason for return.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions and address details.

You must send back the product to the address from which it came in its original packaging.

4. No Replacement or Exchange
As we will not provide any replacement or exchange, if you received any damaged or defective products, you should inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product to raise a return request. Once we approve the return, you should send back the product to the address from which it came to process the refund.

5. Refund Method
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.

If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

7. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
