Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time
Standard delivery within India usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

Delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather, logistics issues, or high order volume.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value.

We may offer free shipping on certain promotional events or for orders above a specific amount.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 days of placing the order, please contact us.

We will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver orders within India.

9. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept it and inform us immediately. You may also share photos or videos of the package for our review.
